B Roman Skin & Body Therapy was established in 1991 and is Cary's Premier Day Spa. Our philosophy is that skin care is an extension of health care and how one treats the skin today will affect the way one will look twenty years from now. We are dedicated to providing our clients with luxurious pampering that begins when they enter our door and remains long after they have left our care.

Owner, Betty C. Roman has over 20 year experience as a licensed Skin Care therapist with her career in esthetics beginning in 1987. She is among a select group of estheticians who holds the coveted international CIDESCO Diploma, the world's most prestigious qualification in the field of esthetics and beauty therapy. Since 1957, the CIDESCO qualification has set standards that have been initiated over the five continents of the globe and is the world's most prestigious qualification in the field of esthetics and beauty therapy. Roman helped pioneer the way for separate esthetician licensing by co-founding the North Carolina Aesthetician Association (NCAA) in 1990. In addition she served on the curriculum committee for esthetics, is a nationally certified esthetics examiner, and continues to host state educational symposiums for NCAA.

As pioneer, author, and educator, her passion for esthetics is evident in her continuing hands on approach in the spa setting as she shares her knowledge and training with her dedicated staff of therapists at B Roman Skin and Body Therapy.
